🔄 Returns
You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, sealed and unbroken.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened perfumes cannot be returned.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Opened or used perfumes
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
- Gift cards
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
